Emme, INC. ANNOUNCES FORMATION OF PUGET SOUND AUTHORIZED DEALER NETWORK

Emme MyTemp™ Now Available Through Partnerships with Blue Flame Heating & Air Conditioning and Advanced Filter & Mechanical.

Portland, Ore. – (September 29, 2008) – Emme, Inc., manufacturer of the MyTemp™ temperature control and energy management system, announces the appointment of its first Authorized Dealers in the Seattle-Tacoma Metropolitan Area. Blue Flame Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. and Advanced Filter & Mechanical, Inc. are now authorized to sell and install the MyTemp system. The service area of these dealers makes MyTemp readily available throughout the greater Seattle-Tacoma Metropolitan Area from Everett in the north, to Lakewood in the south and all communities in between.

MyTemp delivers both improved comfort and potential energy savings by providing room-by-room temperature control for residential forced-air HVAC systems. It saves energy by conditioning occupied rooms only as much as needed (efficiency) and by reducing conditioning in unoccupied rooms (conservation). The system is unique because it monitors the temperature in every room and individually controls the airflow to every vent. MyTemp can easily be installed into most existing homes without changing the HVAC system. The energy savings features of the MyTemp System provide control tools for homeowners to reduce their heating and cooling energy consumption by up to 40 percent.

“We are extremely excited to have MyTemp available in the Seattle-Tacoma area and we believe that our initial dealers are some of the best HVAC contractors in the region,” said Jon Brodeur, vice president of sales and marketing. “We have over five years of experience and 600 plus customers in the Portland, Oregon market. We know the climates of the Pacific Northwest very well and we believe that MyTemp’s room-by-room control is the ideal solution for a more comfortable, energy-efficient northwest home.”

“Our community’s unique and constantly changing climate and our growing awareness of green technology make this a great market for MyTemp,” added Rodd Walker, co-owner, Blue Flame Heating & Air Conditioning. “We have been very impressed with MyTemp’s technology, its ability to eliminate common household comfort issues and its unique suite of energy saving tools. We will have a MyTemp demonstration at this year’s Seattle Home Show 2, and we encourage people to stop by and learn more about this amazing technology.”

“I personally have over 25 years of commercial and residential HVAC experience,” said David Ross, president and owner, Advanced Filter & Mechanical. “MyTemp is certainly the best residential control system on the market today. It provides the customer with tremendous flexibility and control while enabling significant energy savings. It is a fantastic product and we are excited to partner with Emme and offer MyTemp to the residents of Tacoma, Puyallup and the surrounding communities.”
